Our Ethos are quite simple:

- We buy the best locally produced foods and showcase them as best we can.

- We try our hardest to use organic when possible and regenerative.

- We pay a fare price to our farmers, growers and fisherman.

- And we understand sometimes things go wrong.

Every €1 spent with a local supplier is worth €1.76 to the local economy, and only 36 cent if it is spent out of the local area. That makes €1 spent locally worth almost 400 % more to the local economy
